Finally,Dorian showed completed steel structure components that were prepared for shipment. During this process, we provided a detailed explanation of comprehensive shipping and packaging procedures, the components were carefully loaded onto heavy-duty steel pallets specifically designed for structural steel transportation. For maximum security, each unit was double-strapped with industrial-grade steel belts to prevent any movement during transit. This robust packaging solution serves two key purposes: first, it effectively safeguards the goods against potential transportation damage, and second, it facilitates easier unloading at the destination by maintaining stable and accessible load positioning.

    Introduction


    On 26th May, a delegation of Brazilian clients visited Dorian’s factory to discuss upcoming steel structure projects and inspect the production capabilities. This visit was part of their preparation for several large-scale warehouse projects scheduled to begin upon their return to Brazil.

    Project Discussion


    After taking the clients to Dorian factory, they decided to discuss the project details first. The client’s project include: One warehouse of 5,000 square meters, One warehouse of 10,000 square meters and Five warehouses of 3,000 square meters

    The clients told Dorian the most advanced and urgently required is the 5,000 square meters warehouse, and provided preliminary information on the project dimensions, specific design requirements of the doors and windows,the skylight and the cranes. They expressed a strong interest in receiving preliminary drawings before the end of their visit.

    Factory Tour


    While Dorian’s engineering team worked on drafting the preliminary designs, we led the clients on a comprehensive tour of the factory. This included a walkthrough of the entire prefabricated steel structure production line. During the tour, Dorian demonstrated each stage of production—from raw material handling, cutting, assembling, welding, and prefabrication to surface treatment and packaging.

    The clients were also shown the general layout and capacity of five advanced production lines, further reinforcing Dorian’s production capability and quality assurance measures.

    Technical Presentation


    After lunch, we returned to the office to review the preliminary drawings prepared by the engineering team. The clients were satisfied with the initial designs and provided several modifications, which were noted for revision.

      A client from Singapore was planning to purchase three steel sheds from Dorian, but was concerned that the quality would not meet his requirements. Before finalizing the order, the client decided to visit Dorian’s factory to inspect the production process and evaluate the product quality firsthand. The client arrived in Luoyang City on October 24th and scheduled the factory visit for the following day. So in the morning of October 25th, Dorian’s team picked up the client and his engineer from the hotel and headed straight to the factory.

      The visit began with a visit to the main production workshop, where Dorian showcased its advanced steel structure production lines. During this time, The team provided a detailed overview of each production stage, from cutting the steel plates to assembling H-shaped steel components and handling prefabrication work. The client was pleased with the automated production lines and impressed by Dorian’s high production efficiency.

      Following the workshop tour, Dorian led the client to the warehouse where finished products awaiting delivery are stored. Observing the details of welding and painting, the customer was satisfied with the fine quality of the products and particularly appreciated the clear component numbers on each column and beam, which simplifying future installation. After the workshop tour, the client was invited to the office to discuss the project details and finalize the plan. The only remaining question was regarding the use of sandwich panels, as the client had not previously worked with this material. To address this, Dorian took the client to the sandwich panel workshop, explaining the installation process on site, and demonstrating how to install the panels to the purlins using rivets, and finally assured them that they could contact at any time if they encountered any problems during the installation process.

      The client was highly satisfied with the visit. Shortly after returning to Singapore, they confirmed the final project plan and placed an order for the buildings.

        New Chapter of Dorian's Cooperation with Guatemala: A Journey of Trust and Win-Win

        A warm welcome to the engineers from Guatemala who have come to China again, this time aiming to further deepen the cooperation between the two sides.

        As early as April 2024, the Guatemalan client ordered a 4,800-square-meter steel structure warehouse from Dorian, and the production was completed within just 25 days. In May, the client's engineers came to China to inspect the quality of the goods. Dorian's professionalism, service, and strong execution ability won their high recognition. However, the relatively high transportation cost at that time led the client to decide to ship when the freight cost dropped. In August, when the freight cost dropped, both sides acted promptly after determining the shipping time. The goods arrived at the destination port smoothly on October 31. The client is now handling the customs clearance procedures. The foundation components such as anchor bolts have been shipped in advance, and the installation of the foundation work has also begun. Based on full trust in the Dorian team, this engineer visited China again on October 24, focusing on negotiating the steel structure project and seeking assistance in machinery procurement. The client engineer showed Dorian team many steel structure projects and initially reached a cooperation intention of approximately 65,000 square meters of steel structure warehouses. The client engineer has completed the rough floor plan. The Dorian team will calculate the price after they complete the drawings, and the sizes of subsequent steel beams, steel columns, etc. will also be sent to the team in time. Not only that, Dorian also led the engineers to visit equipments such as roller machines, flame cutting machines, bending machines, and sawing machines. The engineers were very satisfied, and the team has also given quotations. Particularly importantly, the client is willing to become an agent in Guatemala and discuss deeper cooperation with the Dorian team. During this period, Dorian entertained the client warmly, enjoying hot pot, Japanese cuisine, and local specialties together. Both sides were very happy and looking forward to the next gathering and long-term cooperation.

          Welcome Client From Thailand Visited Our Factory

          The client is come from Chonburi, one of the cooperated clients from Thailand.

          The client was known at the exhibition of ARCHITECT in Bangkok in April, 2023, and had given two orders to Dorian after the exhibition, one if steel structure warehouse, and the other is flat-packed container house. Both of these two orders have already loaded to Thailand and received highly praised from client. There are 8 person in client party, including general manager, purchasing and shareholders. The main purpose of this visit is to discuss sole agency. Before visiting Dorian factory, the client visited another factory firstly. Dorian provides one-stop service, the factory is Dorian’s reliable partner for producing various of battery products. Client has already purchased some wall-mounted energy storage from this factory.

The general manager Hank introduced Dorian history, the chief engineer Jack explained the technical matters which client asked. A new order will be confirmed after the client come back to Thailand.
