Introduction

The client first contacted Dorian in late December 2025 with detailed architectural drawings for a comprehensive warehouse complex in Muscat, Oman. Buildings B, C, and D are connected. The roofs and walls of buildings C and D are made of 0.5mm thick aluminum panels, and they have a total of eight overhead cranes (four 10-ton cranes and four 2-ton cranes). Area B has a small mezzanine. The roofs and exterior walls of buildings E, F, G, and H are also made of 0.5mm thick aluminum panels, and they contain small cold storage rooms for cooling paint. The 100mm thick PIR sandwich panels used in the cold storage area were also supplied by us.

Upon receiving our initial quotation, the client expressed concerns about pricing and requested extensive technical clarification regarding steel tonnage, panel meterage, paint thickness specifications, and crane technical parameters. This transparency proved crucial in building confidence. Within days, Dorian had advanced to the final stage of a competitive bidding process, standing among three remaining suppliers under evaluation. On January 9, 2026, Dorian delivered an optimized proposal, and the client confirmed plans to visit our factory in China before the end of January.

The factory visit commenced on January 21, 2026, when Dorian’s team warmly received the client and his associate at Luoyang Longmen High-Speed Railway Station. Over dinner, we gathered valuable market intelligence—the associate regularly travels throughout Oman and the Middle East, confirming that local steel structure pricing remains substantially elevated, making foreign imports economically compelling for regional buyers.

The following morning, Dorian escorted the client to our factory for an exhaustive tour, followed by detailed technical consultations that revealed several critical design challenges requiring immediate resolution.

Challenge One: Building Integration

The BCD structure needed seamless connection with an existing Structure A already present at the client's site. The primary concern centered on limited working space during assembly, as the gap between structures would be insufficient for conventional installation methods. Our engineering team redesigned the connection details, incorporating overlap panels and structural steel modifications that could be assembled efficiently within constrained spaces. All lap joints and steel column materials have been recalculated and incorporated into the revised design documents.

Challenge Two: Crane Lifting Height

The client requested increasing the crane lifting height from the original 7.5 meters to 10 meters to accommodate high-profile transport vehicles. This presented a significant structural challenge—achieving the requested 10-meter lifting clearance required raising the CD section's eave height from 10.35 meters to 14 meters. Dorian’s technical team conducted immediate on-site structural calculations and transparently communicated the cost implications to the client, who accepted the modifications without hesitation.

Challenge Three: Mezzanine Reconfiguration

Similarly, the B-section mezzanine required height adjustment from 3.45 meters to 5 meters to facilitate small truck access while maintaining operational efficiency. This modification required recalculating structural loads and adjusting all associated components accordingly.

Challenge Four: Architectural Façade Design

During final negotiations in Beijing on January 26, the client requested a distinctive architectural element on one wall of Building B, requesting our design team create a custom façade feature. We provided initial design proposals at no additional cost; however, these concepts did not align with the client's visual expectations. Ultimately, we accommodated their specific design reference and manufactured the architectural element according to their precise requirements, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction over convenience.

Following successful negotiations, commercial documentation was issued on January 27, 2026. The client remitted the deposit on February 2, 2026, immediately upon returning to Oman. Our production team prepared to complete all manufacturing within the promised 20-25 day timeframe. The client had originally scheduled installation for May 2026, anticipating the arrival of materials well in advance of the construction phase.

However, regional geopolitical conflicts significantly disrupted maritime shipping routes to the Middle East. Several major shipping companies suspended services to Middle Eastern ports, creating substantial logistics challenges. Those carriers continuing operations quoted premium freight rates that the client currently finds prohibitive. Our team maintains daily monitoring of shipping market developments and has committed to informing the client immediately should conditions improve.

To optimize the installation timeline once logistics permit, Dorian previously shipped anchor bolts ahead of schedule, enabling the client to prepare foundations while awaiting final material deliveries. This proactive approach eliminates installation delays and demonstrates our commitment to efficient project management. The foundation preparation is progressing as planned, and once shipping logistics stabilize and favorable rates emerge, we will dispatch a qualified engineer to supervise local installation workers, as previously coordinated with the client.

Welcome Thai Client to Visit Dorian Factory

Project location: Thailand

Project dimension:35*85m

Project function: The Roof of the Exhibition Hall

This client operates a steel structure fabrication plant in Thailand. While they possess the capability to manufacture small-scale steel components and anchor bolts, they still rely on imports for large-scale H-beams. Serving in the dual capacity of manufacturer and distributor, the client commands a robust base of downstream customers within the local market.

Initially, the inquiry was received by Dorian's domestic sales team and subsequently handed over to the Thailand business unit for follow-up. Upon establishing contact, Dorian's Thailand team promptly visited the client's facility to conduct an on-site inspection and hold face-to-face discussions.

Prior to the finalization of the current deal, the client had previously submitted inquiries to Dorian regarding two separate projects. Although the negotiations proceeded smoothly, the construction schedules for those projects were extremely tight; when factoring in production lead times, sea freight transit, and customs clearance procedures, it became evident that delivery could not be accomplished within the client's strict deadlines. Consequently, those two projects were ultimately sourced locally within Thailand.

The current transaction marks the third project the client has entrusted to Dorian. Since the initial inquiry, the design proposal underwent several iterations—primarily involving adjustments to the positioning of steel beams and columns. Following multiple rounds of technical consultations and drawing revisions, the client ultimately approved the final design scheme. Both parties formally signed the contract on April 6th, on which same day we also received the project deposit.

During the contract execution phase, the Dorian team visited the client's factory on several occasions to engage in face-to-face technical discussions regarding the precise positioning of the steel beams and columns; all pertinent issues were resolved to mutual satisfaction. During our third visit, we presented the client with a traditional painting of Luoyang peonies—a renowned local specialty craft—which the client received with genuine delight and surprise.

On May 9th, the client confirmed their intention to visit our factory for an inspection on May 21st. We immediately proceeded to book round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey for the client.

At 10:00 PM on May 21st, the Dorian team headed to the airport to welcome the client. The client dispatched two representatives for this inspection visit, and Ploy—a member of Dorian's Thailand team—accompanied them throughout the entire visit, serving as their interpreter. Following a warm reception ceremony at the airport, we arranged for a light meal before escorting the client to their hotel to rest.

At 9:00 AM the following morning, the Dorian team went to the hotel to pick up the client, then drove to our steel structure manufacturing factory for an on-site inspection. The client's visit had two primary objectives: first, to tour the factory and gain firsthand insight into the scale of our production operations; and second, to inspect the goods currently being manufactured for their ongoing project. During the comprehensive factory tour, the client was deeply impressed by the sheer scale of our facilities and expressed a high degree of satisfaction with the quality of our products—particularly the surface coating processes and our professional packaging standards.

At lunchtime, Dorian hosted the client at a Henan-style restaurant located near the factory. We carefully selected dishes to suit the client's palate, offering them the opportunity to savor authentic local cuisine from Luoyang.

In the afternoon, Dorian accompanied the client to visit the factory of our rock wool sandwich panel supplier, thereby demonstrating the complete supply chain supporting their project. After concluding the supplier visit, we arranged a dinner near the hotel and subsequently escorted the client on an evening tour of one of Luoyang's renowned historical landmarks: the Yingtian Gate. The client was captivated by the magnificent night scenery surrounding this ancient imperial structure. Afterward, we escorted the client back to their hotel.

On the morning of the third day, we accompanied the client to shop for various local specialties and souvenirs from Luoyang before heading to the airport. The client departed on Saturday and promised to arrange the final payment immediately upon returning to their office on Monday. Dorian are pleased to confirm that all outstanding payments have now been settled.

To date, this marks the third project Dorian have undertaken in collaboration with this client. Although the first two projects did not ultimately materialize due to issues regarding delivery lead times, the client nevertheless chose to partner with us for this third project—a decision that powerfully underscores their profound trust in the quality of our products and services. Dorian look forward to establishing a long-term partnership with this client from Thailand.

Welcome Clients from El Salvador to Visit Dorian Factory and Discuss Project Details

Project dimension: 20*100*10m/40*100*10m

Project location: El Salvador

Project function: Steel structure workshop for garage door production

In March 2026, Dorian received an inquiry from a client in El Salvador, who planned to build a steel structure workshop for garage door production. The client initially consulted us for two customized workshop solutions, including one 20×100×10m steel workshop equipped with a 10-ton overhead crane, and another 30×100×10.5m workshop fitted with a 10-ton overhead crane.

The client intended to compare costs of the two options prior to finalizing a decision. To deliver accurate pricing comparisons and professional design support, Dorian’s team promptly customized design drawings and detailed quotations tailored to the client’s production requirements.

Right after the Qingming holiday in early April, the client conducted an online video tour of Dorian’s factory. During the virtual visit, the client had a clear view of Dorian’s complete production layout and advanced automated production lines. He spoke highly of our large production scale and standardized manufacturing system, showing great recognition of our professional strength. After comprehensive evaluation of Dorian’s technology and service, the client further optimized his project plan and sent a new inquiry at the end of April for a 2-span steel structure workshop sized 40×100×10m, with one 10-ton overhead crane configured for each span.

In late May, Dorian was honored to receive the good news that the client arranged a trip to China and planned to pay an on-site visit to our factory in Luoyang. On the evening of May 25th, the clients arrived at Luoyang Longmen High-speed Railway Station. Dorian’s team warmly picked up the guests, arranged a pleasant dinner for them, and then sent them to the hotel for a good rest to prepare for the next day’s factory visit.

Early the next morning, Dorian’s team picked up the clients from the hotel and took them to the factory located in Yiyang, Luoyang. Dorian’s team led the clients to visit every core area of the production workshop and introduced five advanced production lines in detail. Meanwhile, Dorian fully explained the complete production technology, processing procedures and quality control standards of steel structure components.

Group of engineers and workers inspecting steel building components in factory.

During the on-site inspection, the clients noticed the practical steel mesh and glass wool thermal insulation system adopted on the roof of Dorian’s steel structure workshops. Dorian’s team gave a detailed explanation of this cost-effective roofing insulation solution: we first fix steel mesh on the roof purlines, lay high-quality glass wool on the mesh for thermal insulation, and finally cover the top with roof panels to ensure durability and heat insulation effect. The clients were very satisfied with this economical and practical design and decided to apply this roofing insulation mode to their own workshop project.

After the workshop visit, we moved to the office for in-depth project negotiation. Based on their practical demands for garage door production, the clients confirmed two final customized solutions for our quotation and design optimization. The first scheme is a 20×100×10m steel workshop equipped with two 10-ton overhead cranes. The second scheme is a 2-span 40×100×10m workshop, with two 10-ton overhead cranes configured for each span.

The width was adjusted to 40m since the clients found the two-span 40×100×10m design more cost-effective after quotation comparison. Following repeated technical communication and detailed cost analysis, Dorian’s team reached full consensus with the clients on all revised project details: first, steel mesh and glass wool would be installed on the roof for thermal insulation; second, the original plans (20×100×10m with one 10-ton crane, 30×100×10.5m with one 10-ton crane and 2-span 40×100×10m with one 10-ton crane configured for each span) were revised into the above two optimized proposals. We immediately updated the latest design schemes and formal quotations for the clients.

After the business negotiation, Dorian sincerely invited the clients to visit Luoyang’s famous scenic spots in the afternoon. Considerately, the clients refused our arrangement, worrying that the visit would disturb our daily work on working days and deciding to arrange the tour by themselves. When learning that they preferred scenic spots with profound historical heritage, Dorian sincerely recommended local landmark attractions including the Longmen Grottoes, Mingtang Paradise and Yingtianmen, as well as characteristic local restaurants.

At noon, Dorian treated the clients to authentic Luoyang cuisine at a restaurant near the factory, letting them experience local food culture. After the meal, Dorian sent the clients back to the hotel and bid a warm farewell. The clients are pending construction approval, with the approval result expected to be released on June 10th. They will confirm the order placement right after getting the official approval. This in-depth face-to-face communication has greatly narrowed the distance between us and consolidated mutual trust.

If you have any upcoming steel structure projects, feel free to reach out to Dorian for custom design solutions and quotations. Dorian provides a full one-stop service including design, production, delivery, installation and comprehensive after-sales support to satisfy your unique project requirements.

Steel Building Group Visit

Welcome Israel Clients to Visit Dorian Factory and Discuss Project Details

Project dimension: 67.04x90.30x15.3m-16m

Project location: Israel

Project function: Cold storage warehouse

On April 29, 2026, Dorian was honored to welcome two distinguished clients from Israel to our factory in Luoyang, China, for an in-depth discussion on a 67.04 meter wide, 90.30 meter long cold storage project with an eave height of 15.3 meters and a ridge height of 16 meters. Initiated by the client themselves through WhatsApp, and cultivated through countless exchanges, design revisions, and engineering consultations leading up to this pivotal face-to-face meeting.

Prior to the visit, two of the numerous revisions the project had undergone were particularly significant. The first major revision concerned design standards. The first option was designed by our engineers according to Chinses standards for the client. Later, the client's engineers designed European standard drawings. We quoted a price based on the European standard drawings, but the client felt that the tonnage according to the European standard was too heavy, so they did not choose the European standard. After discussion, the client decided to adopt Chinese national standards. The second key revision involved adjusting the foundation drawings to align with the client's foundation plans and the specific climatic conditions of the Israeli project site, ensuring the design could reliably operate under local environmental requirements.

Upon the client's arrival at noon on April 29, the Dorian team greeted them warmly and arranged a welcoming lunch, followed by a cultural tour of Luoyang's iconic landmarks—Yingtian Gate, the Heaven Temple, and the Ming Tang. Recognizing the toll of long-haul travel, the team also arranged a Traditional Chinese massage , which the client thoroughly enjoyed. This thoughtful hospitality set a collaborative and trusting tone for the technical discussions ahead.

High-quality steel building design and construction team discussing project plans in an office.
The following morning, April 30, the focus shifted to the factory and the core of the visit: finalizing the cold storage project design. Three critical modifications were confirmed during the technical meeting. First, the eave height was adjusted from 15 to 15.3 meters. The previous scheme had designed the building with a 14 meter clearance measured from the cold room floor to the top surface of the 150mm PIR panel. However, the client required a 14 meter clear internal net height. Dorian's engineers proposed increasing the eave height by 30 centimeters to accommodate this requirement while keeping the ridge height unchanged at 16 meters. Second, the concrete structure dimensions were revised. The original design had followed the client's foundation layout, sizing the concrete office area at 15.668*17.955*11 meters. After confirmation with the client's engineer, this was refined to 7.75*12.16*11 meters. Since foundation work was already underway at the site and two necessary foundations were missing from the concrete section, Dorian's engineers recommended adding them, and the client confirmed they would implement this change on-site. Third, an indoor suspended structure was added to support the refrigeration system fans—a vital component for the cold storage's operational performance.

After the meeting, the client toured Dorian's production factory, observing the complete prefabrication process, advanced manufacturing equipment, finished steel components, and packaged orders ready for shipment. In the afternoon, the team visited a 50,000-square-meter multi-story workshop project in Luoyang, the customer expressed great satisfaction.

On May 1, the client visited the sandwich panel factory, where they examined the PIR panel manufacturing process and finished products in detail, expressing great satisfaction with the panel quality. Meanwhile, Dorian's engineers completed the revised drawings, and that afternoon both parties reviewed the updated plans together, reaching full agreement on all modifications.

May 2 began with visits to two refrigeration equipment factories in Jiaozuo and Zhengzhou, where the client confirmed their specifications and brand preferences for the refrigeration system. After the technical visits, the Dorian team took the client shopping—a gesture that was met with genuine delight. That evening, back at the office, the final project plan was officially confirmed. The client indicated they would need to convene with their team in Israel to finalize specific details, and Dorian is currently awaiting their confirmation.

Steel Building for Ethiopian Client Visit

Welcome Ethiopian Clients to Visit Dorian Factory and Discuss Project Details

Project Dimensions: 40*60*6 meters

Project Location: Ethiopia

Project Function: Steel structure warehouse for sesame storage and production workshops

This client holds dual Ethiopian and American citizenship and frequently travels between the two countries. He primarily engages in cross-border trade of sesame and coffee beans, and also sources goods from China for export. This is his fourth visit to China.

What makes this collaboration special is its origin—the client was not found through Facebook or Alibaba platforms, but rather through a referral from an Ethiopian business partner to whom Dorian had previously provided a quote. The client contacted us via WhatsApp on April 18, 2026, and he propose that he plans to make a month-long visit to China soon, mainly to visit several factories in China, including Dorian.

The client initially inquired about a 20*60*6 meter warehouse project for sesame storage and production. On April 25, Dorian submitted a quote and preliminary design drawings. The design was conventional portal frame structure, with no special requirements.

After visiting other factories in Qingdao for three days, the client arrived at Luoyang Longmen Station on the afternoon of April 26th. The Dorian team, greeted the client at the station and arranged hotel accommodations. That evening, the team had initial discussions with the client to understand their background and needs, after which the client was allowed to rest and adjust to the time difference.

The following morning, Dorian accompanied the client on a factory tour. The production lines were operating at full capacity, with multiple projects in production or already packaged and ready for shipment. This provided an excellent opportunity to showcase materials and processes—from the main steel frame and secondary frames to the purlin, bracing, and panel systems. The client listened attentively throughout the tour and witnessed firsthand the exquisite manufacturing processes.

After the tour, the team invited the client to a local restaurant to sample Luoyang's specialties before proceeding to the office for in-depth project discussions. Two key design modifications were discussed:

1. Drainage system modification: The client proposed replacing the galvanized gutters with color-coated steel channels to reduce costs. We explained in detail the significant drawbacks of colored panel gutters — thickness is typically only 0.5-0.6 mm, while Dorian's standard galvanized Gutters are 2.0 mm thick. Galvanized gutters offer superior corrosion resistance and structural strength, able to withstand prolonged rainwater erosion without deformation or leakage. In contrast, colored panel gutters are prone to coating aging and rusting in continuously humid environments, ultimately leading to leaks. After careful consideration of budget constraints, the client ultimately decided to completely eliminate the gutters system and purchase and install gutters locally.

2. Window Specification Adjustment: The original quotation used aluminum alloy windows, but the client requested UPVC windows due to budget constraints. Furthermore, the client requested changes to the window locations and quantities, and the addition of several industrial ventilation fans. Dorian's technical team completed a revised layout drawing on-site. The client checked the updated plan and indicated that they would further confirm it with the team.

On the fourth day, the client made a crucial decision—he requested to upgrade the project size from the initial 20*60*6 meters to 40*60*6 meters, confirming that the original quote would apply(This quote is the one we sent to his friend before). After discussing with Dorian’s team, he determined that the 40*60 meter option offered better value for money, with only a slight increase in cost. Dorian had initially prepared this larger plan for his referrer in July 2025.

Dorian also assisted the client in arranging a visit to a well-known local tractor factory, providing translation and communication support during the visit. On the sixth day, Dorian accompanied the client to Luoyang High-Speed Railway Station so he could continue his journey to Zhengzhou and Guangdong.

Although time was limited and they were unable to visit Luoyang's cultural attractions, the client expressed great satisfaction with Dorian's professionalism and factory capabilities. Upon returning home, the client proactively contacted Dorian to request a plan for the new project—a testament to the trust established during the visit. The new plan is currently under development and is expected to be completed next week.

The client was Indonesian and immigrated to the America for many years. He also have his own factory in Indonesia and America, which are mainly used for producing kinds of glass. He inquired the steel structure project to Dorian in May 2024, and came to visit the factory in June 2024 after received the Dorian’s solution, the project will be used for storing glass and working office.

The solution has been updated many times since Dorian received the inquiry. Because the project will be located in USA, all the details need to comply with the local regulations, plus the high import tax and building approval issue, it proceed slowly than what we expected. This time, the client arranged his engineer team to Dorian factory to discuss the complete modification details face to face and plan to order within April 2026.

Dorian team picked the client’s architects up in the Zhengzhou East Railway station in the evening of March 17th, 2026 and dropped them off the hotel after dinner. In the morning of the second day, Dorian took architects to visit the factory, the production process of steel columns and steel beams of main steel frame and secondary frame, including the purline, tie bar, roof and wall support etc have been visited, the architects are highly approves of the product quality. By the way, the delivery process also been shown to the engineers, Dorian adopt the steel pallets to make all of the goods into together as one unit inside of each container, which can keep the balance to avoid the breakage of goods. Furthermore, it can also be unloaded more conveniently and quickly, it only use the truck crane with the steel rope to pull the steel pallets out is done after hoisting the containers from truck and place it to the ground.

After finishing the visiting for the production workshop. Dorian and engineers started to discuss the project details in the office, there are some points need to be modified, the irregular big door was required to change into the regular door, the height at the eave from the 10.8m changed into 10.5m, the length and width means the distance between the outside panels to outside panels, and the most importantly, the wind load and mezzanine load were also changed in to heavier than previous one. All of this modifcation  would result to the big difference in the cost after calculated by Dorian engineer, the client engineer also know this situation. Then Dorian engineer set out to modify the drawing start from the afternoon.

In the third day, we took architects to visited the panels workshop, the galvanized steel sheet, EPS sandwich panels, Rock wool sandwich panels and PU/PUR/PIR can also shown to them. For their project, the last scheme is that the roof adopted the 150mm PU edge rock wool sandwich panels and wall use 100mm thickness of PU edge rock wool sandwich panel. After visiting the panel workshop, the client engineer proposed replacing the previous panels with 150mm thickness full PU for roof and 100mm thickness of full PU sandwich panels for wall, the insulation performance of full PU sandwich panels are better than PU edge rock wool sandwich panels and this type and thickness can meet the insulation requirement what local authority required. Dorian engineer finished the update proposal and quotation after two days the client backed to America. After they checked and studied the update solution, they asked Dorian make another solution for panels, 120mm thickness of PIR sandwich panels for roof and 100mm thickness of PIR sandwich panels for wall to compare.

So far, Dorian team has updated about fifteen times proposal for based on the client’s needs. The latest proposal is studying and their engineering team are in the process of converting details to U.S. standards, including feet and inches etc for applying the approval more quickly.

Please contact us freely if you are interested or have the steel structure projects would like to build, Dorian will design customized solution for free. Moreover, Dorian team also provide one-stop service, including the designing, manufacturing, delivery and construction, which will be available as your need.

Welcome Chile Clients to Visit Dorian Factory 03

Welcome Chile Clients to Visit Dorian Factory

Project dimension: 2floors of house and a 10*20*7m

Project location: Santiago, Chile

Project function: For living and steel warehouse

The client is a middleman from Santiago, Chile. He has been traveling frequently to China since 1994 and known about China a lot. He mentioned that he has witnessed China’s development firsthand, noting that China has grown extremely rapidly and fast, and that the quality of Chinese products is also excellent, that’s why he inquired and import goods from China.

He inquired about Dorian about a two storey of living house for his own project and a 10*20*7m steel warehouse for his friend. Two days before his visit to Dorian’s factory, he received the proposal and quotation of steel warehouse, which he had been studying. He came to mainly talk the details about the living house, he would like to build this house as a sample to local people and show the quality of China to convince the local people recognize the China suppliers.

Dorian team picked the client at the noon of March 20th, 2026 at Longmen Station. Then the client visited the factory after having lunch. The professional production equipment, like Flame cutting machine, Laser cutting machine, Assembly machine, Sub-merged arc welding machine, Straightening machine and Sand-blasting machine and Eco-friendly spray paint are shown to the client, which can meet the requirement for any large span steel structure project, the client was specially cares about the sand blasting process, which is mainly use the super high tiny metal ball to blast for steel surface, it can not only eliminate the dust&corrosion, and can also increase the adhesion of steel surface, this is one of the most necessary step during the whole production process. Dorian’s products quality and manufacturing scales are highly recognized by client after visited them.

It worth noted that the laser cutting machine, Dorian mainly adopt is fiber laser cutting machines, which can cut various metal sheets such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and galvanized steel, and can also cut various pipes, including square tubes, round tubes, channel steel, H-beams, and angle steel, completing hole drilling, beveling, and blanking in one integrated process.

Furthermore, for other high-precision forming and processing of complex holes, irregular shapes, connecting plates, reinforcing plates, and base plates for steel structures, it replaces traditional processes such as flame cutting, plasma cutting, sawing, and punching, achieving automated blanking.

Its main advantages are:

1. High cutting precision and small dimensional error; component assembly requires less grinding, resulting in faster and more standardized installation.

2. Smooth, burr-free cut surface; no need for secondary grinding; direct welding, saving significant labor and time.

3. Extremely high speed and efficiency; several times faster than plasma and much faster than flame cutting, suitable for batch blanking.

4. Minimal thermal deformation; steel plates remain undeformed after cutting, resulting in smooth surfaces, dimensional stability of components, and superior steel structure quality.

5. Low operating costs, energy-efficient, durable, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, low power consumption, long lifespan, and simple maintenance.

6. Virtually no consumables; no blades or molds required; cutting can be performed simply by importing CAD/Tekla drawings.

7. High material utilization; allows for tight layout, reducing waste and saving on steel plate costs.

8. High degree of automation; one person can oversee multiple machines, suitable for large-scale factory production. It worth noted that the laser cutting machine,

Besides, Dorian can also produce kinds of panels, such as galvanized steel sheet, EPS sandwich panel, rock wool sandwich panels, PU, PUR and PIR sandwich panels, which can be designed as your need. Other relative products, like overhead crane, gantry crane, exhaust fans, ventilation balls, and kinds of doors and windows are also available. After visited the manufacturing process, Dorian team took the client to office to discuss the project details, the client took his own drawing to show Dorian team, Dorian engineer found that it’s truss structure structure in the drawing and there were not the exact columns in it, so the engineer recommend reasonable position for steel columns and beams based on the client’s own drawing, and also recommend H-shape steel columns and beams instead truss structure, the sketch drawing was also provided for client check, since H-shape steel is easier to load and unload, and can also save much container space to save sea freight accordingly. The client will confirm with his own engineer whether our solution is workable for them and will feedback us later. The client plan to adopt insulation materials for roof and natural stone+wood material for wall, he will purchase them locally. For the decoration part, the client also would like to do them locally for maintenance more conveniently and easily.

In addition, the client mentioned that he needed steel mesh to be used as fence, but the prices of the suppliers he found on Google were too high. Then he hoped that Dorian's team could help to recommend or find suitable suppliers. In accordance with the client's requirements, Dorian recommended several suppliers with reasonable prices, and the client was very satisfied.

Welcome Bulgaria Clients to Visit Dorian Factory and Discuss Project Details

Project dimension: 22*55*7m

Project location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria

Project function: paper cup manufacturing factory

On January 29, 2026, Dorian was honored to host a distinguished client from Plovdiv, Bulgaria, at Dorian’s factory in Luoyang, China. Before that, having held two meetings with the client in Bulgaria in 2025, Dorian provided a project plan and quotation for a 22-meter, 90-meter long, and 7-meter high single slope structure with rock wool sandwich panels . At the client's invitation, the Dorian team also visited the client's project site and company. During the conversation, the client mentioned that they were awaiting local building approvals before proceeding with the project.

In early January, the client said the approval had been received and they wanted to visit the factory. Dorian team was on hand to greet the client and his father, escorting them directly from their journey to a carefully selected local restaurant for a welcoming lunch. During the meal, we discovered that it was the client's birthday. To make the occasion special, Dorian team arranged a surprise birthday celebration. The client was both surprised and deeply moved by the gesture, which set a positive and friendly tone for the business discussions to follow.

The afternoon was dedicated to showcasing the tangible evidence of capabilities. The clients walked through production lines, observing firsthand the quality of workmanship, the precision of fabrication processes, and the advanced technology Dorian employ in every project. They examined raw materials, inspected weld quality, and discussed quality control protocols with engineers. This transparency allowed them to witness the rigor and attention to detail that define a Dorian structure.

After the tour, Dorian convened in the conference room for a detailed project discussion meeting. Dorian delved into the specific requirements for the Plovdiv site. At this meeting, the client mentioned that they had only obtained a building permit for 1200 square meters, so the factory dimensions were revised to 22 meters wide, 55 meters long, and 7 meters high.

Furthermore, after confirming the project dimensions, discussing project specifications, anticipated timelines, logistical considerations for shipping, and the unique technical requirements for constructing in the Bulgarian climate and regulatory environment. Because Bulgaria experiences heavy snowfall and low temperatures, thick insulation sandwich panels are required. In addition, PU-sealed rock wool panels were selected for the better thermal insulation performance and building's aesthetics.

This project will serve as the client's main warehouse for paper products and will be gradually expanded.Based on the client's needs, the Dorian engineering team designed a preliminary plan on-site, presented it to the client, and answered all questions regarding the drawings, ensuring complete alignment between both parties on the project scope and objectives. The dialogue was productive and collaborative, reflecting a shared vision for the project's success.

The client was very satisfied with Dorian's proposal, but he want to compare the price differences between different thicknesses, therefore, the client requested Dorian to provide three different price ranges and quotations for their reference, using50mm, 75mm, and 100mm thick PU-sealed rock wool panels.

The following day, we led clients on a tour of Dorian’s local project, a steel furniture industrial park. The industrial zone spans 3,300 acres, which includes five five-story workshop buildings, showcasing Dorian’s corporate strength. They walked through the workshops, examining the innovative design of the buildings, the structural integrity of the multi-story frames, and the seamless integration of functional spaces. The clients were visibly impressed, praising the project as a testament to Dorian's unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. They commented that seeing such a large-scale, successful project provided them with immense confidence in Dorian’s ability to deliver on their factory in Plovdiv.

Currently, Dorian dedicated engineering team is diligently working on the detailed proposal drawings for the this project. Dorian are incorporating all the feedback and specific requirements discussed during the visit to ensure the final design is perfectly tailored to the client's needs. Dorian promptly submitted the three proposals and corresponding quotes to the client within three days following the client's return to Bulgaria. Currently, Dorian are awaiting feedback and anticipate visible progress and the next steps to unfold this year.
