In February, Datuk Derek Chong, President of the Malaysian Henan Chamber of Commerce, led a distinguished delegation comprising members of the Malaysian Henan Chamber of Commerce, representatives from the Penang State Islamic International Management Agency, and the Principal of the Penang International Islamic Development and Sustainability Institute, to visit the Dorian factory.
During the visit, Datuk Derek and Dorian’s management engaged in comprehensive discussions on future development plans, focusing on establishing a branch office in Malaysia to serve as a hub for the entire Southeast Asia and ASEAN markets. The talks highlighted Dorian’s breakthrough from ground zero in the Malaysian market and outlined prospects for deeper future cooperation. Additionally, Datuk Derek announced plans to develop an industrial park in Penang, with Dorian slated to provide architectural design, as well as production, transportation, and installation guidance. Detailed project plans will be presented in due course.

Following the discussions, the Dorian team led the delegation on a tour of the production facility. The visit included detailed introductions to the five prefabricated steel structure production lines, a steel structure bridge production line, a large-scale building production line, and the maintenance workshop. The guests expressed high praise for Dorian’s robust production capabilities and exceptional product quality, and they conveyed a strong desire for Dorian to expedite its entry into the Malaysian market.
