During the communication, the client was quite satisfied with the plan, but worried that the production capacity of the factory could not meet their requirements. To solve this concern of the client, Dorian invited them to visit the factory, and finally the client arrived in China in August 2023 and visited Dorian's factory. During this period, they also visited the production workshop, including the advanced production line, and learned about the processing process of steel structures.

In this discussion, the client expressed their hope to use single plates for both the walls and the roof. However, the designer found that due to the large scale of the client's project, if metal plates were provided directly, there would be two problems: First, the length of the metal plates far exceeded the size of the largest container, resulting in a rapid increase in transportation costs; Second, after transportation to the project site, the client needed to cut the metal plates by themselves and lap them, which had higher requirements for the construction personnel and would increase the risk of rain leakage. Therefore, the engineer suggested that the client purchase a profile bending machine and steel coils, and produce the wall and roof plates directly on-site according to the project size. After witnessing the process of the machine producing steel plates on-site, the client adopted this suggestion. Finally, they discussed other details of the project and determined the final plan - the main frame part of the 8,064-square-meter (36x224x11 meters) steel structure auto parts factory, as well as the profile bending machine and steel coils. Shortly after the client returned to their country, they placed an order in September 2023, and the Dorian factory immediately began production.

Production&delivery:

It took factory less than forty days to complete the production of all goods. Because the project was large, the goods used 27*40HQ containers in total and were transported to Thailand in three batches. Dorian used an original packing method, using frame-type steel trays to fix the goods, and using flat steel belts to tie the goods for secondary fixation to prevent the goods from colliding and falling apart during loading and unloading and transportation, while improving the efficiency of loading and unloading goods.
