7225 Square Feet Steel Structure Workshop In St Kitts

85x85x15ft steel building with 2x40HQ containers was shipped to basseterre, St kitts in April. Customer will receive the goods in the beginning of June then start the installation work.
Background
This building will be used as food production line. In the original proposal, customer want to build a 45x45x15ft steel building first, then expand the building to 85x85x15ft in the next few years. We recommended customer build it all at once, the raw materials price and shipping cost are at lower level now, the price of next year is beyond control, and installation cost of one time is cheaper than two times. Considering the whole building materials cost, installation time and cost, shipping cost, customer agreed with our suggestion.
Design process
After half a month of discussion, final building layout was confirmed. Workshop size is 85x85x15ft, it includes three parts, 42.5ftx42.5ft space is food production line, 52ftx42.5ft space is used for packing, 33x42.5ft space is used for storage finished goods.
The whole building should have insulation effect. Customer choose 50mm rock wool sandwich panel as roof panel, brick wall, 50mm PU sandwich panel partition wall. PU sandwich panel and rock wool sandwich panel has a good insulation function, they are good choice for those buildings that needs insulation effect.
The sea freight cost was kept rising, the client wanted to buy and ship the cargo as soon as possible. Dorian assured the client that production would take only two weeks and showed him Dorian’s steel structure production line and advanced equipment.
At that time, the client was still comparing Dorian’s prices with those of other suppliers. Although Dorian's price was not the lowest, considering the production ability and designing professionalism, the client believed Dorian was the perfect supplier for the project and paid the deposit for the 60x100x20 feet building.
Producing and Delivery:
Upon receiving the deposit, Dorian’s engineer prepared the specification drawings for production and managed the factory to manufacture the prefabricated building. Production was completed in just ten days.
Customer will receive the goods in June, hope installation work goes well.
