Project Background
The client contacted Dorian in early 2021, Dorian team prepared drawing at the first time when they got the project information. Client was very satisfied with the design, but due to the high shipping cost and raw materials, the project had to be suspended.
Dorian proactively contacted client in July because of the dropping shipping cost and raw materials, and updated the latest price and shipping cost. Compared to previous price, client was surprised by the new price and showed great interest. Think twice, in order to make the best use of the land, client expanded the current dimension, and sent the new inquiry to Dorian.
When contact again, Dorian professional designing team modified drawing, and did their best to give the best price to the client. Because the competitive price and excellent service, client asked the proforma invoice when he received the new price, didn’t even ask the discount.
Production Process
After received the deposit, Dorian scheduled production quickly. The cargoes were produced after the strict and professional production process, like CNC cutting machine, assembly, submerged-arc welding, straightening, prefabricated, blasting, and painting. As a experienced manufacturer, it only took 10 days to produce the cargoes.
After the mass production, Dorian sent detailed cargo pictures to the client, and suggested produce the panels after the loading time is confirmed, which can effectively avoid dust falling on the panel surface because of the long time storage. The suggestion was accepted without any hesitation, and praised Dorian for their carefulness.
Before loading, all the cargoes were carefully inspected after the mass production by QC department. The skilled inspector checked each welding line, dimension, steel surface and quantity to make sure all the cargoes are in good condition.
Loading
Normally Dorian loading the cargoes by 40HQ and 40OT container, but due to the high shipping cost, Dorian adopted 40HQ finally. In the meanwhile, a steel pallet was designed and produced to pack the cargoes. The pallet can protect the cargoes during the long transportation, and also can saving the loading and unloading time.
Installation
At the beginning of the order confirmation, client asked for installation assistance. But due to the epidemic, it’s hard to send Dorian’s installation team to USA. Dorian provided installation detailed drawing and manual , and promised that will also provide entire online service, the client's fears were quickly dispelled.
