Project Background:

This project holds a unique position as the only cold storage facility within the bonded area managed by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) in Cavite. The client required a versatile facility to store a variety of goods. To meet this need, our design divided the approximately 3000-square-meter building into three independent units: two chiller rooms designed for +15 to +20°C to store pharmaceuticals, vegetables, and fruits, and one freezer room designed for -15 to -20°C to preserve frozen meat and seafood.

The building utilizes a robust steel structure for its main frame. The exterior facade is finished with single-layer steel panels, while the interior is constructed with high-performance PU (Polyurethane) panels. This combination ensures structural integrity and provides the excellent thermal insulation crucial for maintaining distinct temperature zones and energy efficiency.
