For wall panels and roof panels, both use the gray color 0.5mm metal sheet on the out sides,which the difference is that the roof panel use 840 type wide and wall panel use 900type wide, the inside cold room panel choose 100mm white colorPIR cold storage panel.

For other detail, the ventilation bridge on the roof; one 18m wide*6m door frame used for doing the retractable door, which can facilitate the entry into the cold storage facility ; considering to insulation and safety, 4.4m high louver are designed on all side above 2m high brick wall; considering to the local climite conditions, 2.0mm thick galvanized gutter and downpipe are designed to facilitate drainage. 

The client was very satisfied with the final design, but supposed a request that Dorian could provide a one-stop sevices from designing, manufacturing, delivery, custom clearance and installation. So the order adopted the DDP term, which includes customs clearance operations, Import taxes, local transportation etc. Dorian agreeed this requirement,and client confirmed the order and paid the despoit in Feb 25th, 2025.

Munufacting and Delivery

After the order was confirmed, Dorian completed the design of the full set of drawings in just three days. In order to save time, the foundation drawings was sent to the client before production. Subsequently, the factory started the production and completed the production in just two weeks ,and according to the customer requirement, the delivery time was set as April 22, 2025. The cargo is arrived to the peoject site in may.

Installation

Before formal installation, Dorian’s experts also visited the client's project site many times to guide the customer's workers do the foundation work. The all installation work is completed by Dorian installation team, and was sucessfully finished on June 15,2025, At present,The building has been smoothly installed and will be put into use soon.
