Consultation before the order
After receiving the client’s project information, Dorian finished the first version of solution in one day and presented the drawing and detailed quotation to the client. However, two weeks later, the client decided to overturn the original plan after consulting with the architect, and redesigned a project profile that included drawings and 3D models drawn by the architect, which led to the need for the designer to re-design according to the new plan.
With the joint cooperation of the designer and the client, repeated confirmations were made for every detail - at least two emails per day, including phone calls for confirmation - and the design plan was finally completed. During design process, The biggest problem of the design is that the client want to build a visor at the northwest corner of the building, where has several glass doors, and here is what he wants it to be like.
According to the client's idea, he wanted to open the door in the summer for good ventilation. But in the drawing from his architect, the door’s upper height is higher than visors, which leads to a problem: if there is a heavy rain, the visor can’t do its job to prevent rain come into the building. After two days of persuading, the client finally agreed to our suggestion and move the visor to the top of the doors, hence, the final version of the designing is finished after many times of modification.
A video conference before the cooperation
Before paying the deposit, the client is worried about Dorian’s capability to produce the workshop he want, since he only know Dorian from the pictures and videos sent to him. At first, he was planning to visit the factory by himself, but considering the cost and the time would waste for the trip, the client decided to have a video conference with Dorian. In this video conference, Dorian introduced him about the professional production lines and the high-tech painting room in factory .
Then showed him the finished products, especially the variable section beam, which he is concerned the most. After 40 minutes of video meeting, the client acknowledged Dorian’s capability and service, then had no more doubt on Dorian anymore. Just one hour later, he arranged the payment of the deposit .
Manufacturing
Because the client wants to build the workshop as soon as possible, engineers finished the detail drawing in only two days. After presented it to him and confirmed by the his architect, Dorian made the foundation plan and send it to the client so he can start construction for the foundation, meanwhile, the factory started produce the prefabricated workshop. The whole project finished production in only 13 days to meet client’s demand.
Delivery
After a video inspection, the client agreed to pay the balance and wanted to ship it as soon as possible. Before delivery, Dorian paid much effort to arrange packaging the cargo. All the parts are organized and layered on a strong steel plate in the most compact way and were tied up with steel bar, therefore not only the space of the container is fully used, also the parts will not scratch each other from the swing and shaking during the shipment.
Now, the cargo has been loaded in the container, due to the strong steel plates Dorian use, it can be easily lifted and pushed into the container, and when the cargo arrives at the final destination, the client can also easily pull it out with a tractor. Now the cargo is on its way to the owner, soon, we can see a new truck service workshop being built in Bulgaria!
