Project background:
In order to build a steel structure warehouse to store chicken feed, the customer gave an inquiry of his own accord to Dorian. At the same time, dimension of the project was provided clearly, which is a 25x50x7m steel structure warehouse, located in Ivory Coast, The Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
The Design
Africa is characterized by its abundant sunlight, dry air and high temperature, for the special climate feature and building use,for the roof, Dorian engineers adopt the skylight panel instead of partial single steel sheet during the design phase,rather than the proposal of all steel sheet, to some extent, this design can make sure that the nature light can directly enter into the interior building.
As we all know, the technology and installation skill is relatively unadvanced in Africa, so in terms of the installation of foundation part, Dorian invented a mechanism to joint the anchor bolt together, which allows the anchor bolts to be easily adjusted to a 90 degree position, flattening the slab and ensuring a smooth installation even for unskilled workers.
For the sake of satisfying the client's needs, the engineers had optimized the design several times according to the local conditions and the requirements, before confirmed the final design.
Production
After the final version drawing was confirmed, Dorian quickly put the steel structure into mass production. And it only took no more than 15 days to complete all the products production and to give the customer timely feedback on the production progress, which had eliminated customers’ concern about the delivery time promised at the beginning.
Package process
Before all the cargoes were ready to delivered, our QC department checked all the details according to our shipping list, and ensured everything was made correctly.
In the package phase, Dorian has the large capacity of crane to help delivery the cargoes, are fixed on the steel pallet, which convenient for customers to dispatch the goods afterwards. With the aid of the skilled workers, all the cargoes were put into the containers easily within half a day.
Installation process
After the customer received the goods, they installed them with the help of the detailed installation drawing and manual as well as accessible online service provided by Dorian company. As of now, the foundation work has been finished smoothly.
Subsequent process
