Dorian also prepare the template for the client to make sure all the anchor bolts are welded in the correct position, this is the key point for the foundation work even the whole steel structure buildings. All steel columns are fixed on the anchor bolts, position of anchor bolt must be fitted into the holes on the bottom plate.
Client have the currency problem in his country, Dorian make a suggestion that the brick wall can be made a little bit higher than standard. Height of this project is 7 meters and the brick wall is 1.2m as the standard. 3 meters high brick wall as the final solution for client. Wall cladding volume and price was reduced based on that since the wall cladding is charged by meter.
Single layer steel plate sliding door was the initial request, client ideally thought the single layer plate as the raw material for door will be cheaper. But they missed one very important point is that metal frame support behind of the single layer needed, cost wise is not cheaper than sandwich panel sliding door. On the other hand for quality side, sandwich panel door is much more durable than single layer sliding door.
Indication about every step of installation process, which should be followed one step by one step:
-1. All steel columns need to assembled on the foundation with anchor bolts. Checking and measuring all columns to make sure that all columns parallelized in the same line.
-2.Connecting all columns with tie rod.
-3.Steel beams are pre-assembled under ground, then lifting up to assembled with steel columns together.
-4.All beams are connected together with tie rod.

Most clients probably will have the question here: why the brick wall is the final step? Why we can not do it before hand?
Tolerance is existing and acceptable on steel structure buildings. Doing the brick wall as the final step can fill up this tolerance and avoid the leaking problem during the rainy season.
