2000 Square Meters Steel Structure Feed Mill In The Philippines
Project information:
Project location: Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines
Project size: 40m x 50m x 8-10m (2000 sqm)
Project details: Steel structure building designed for fish feed production, featuring skylight panels on the roof, ridge ventilators with anti-bird mesh, and a concealed gutter system.

Project Background:
This project was developed for GLOBAL FEED CORP., a highly reputable fish feed manufacturer and aquaculture farmer in the Philippines. The primary function of this 2000-square-meter facility is the production of fish feed.

To enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs, the design incorporates several key features. Skylight panels were installed on the roof to ensure that daily production can proceed with sufficient natural light, significantly cutting down on electricity expenses. To maintain proper air circulation, ridge ventilators were included in the design. A thoughtful addition was the installation of steel mesh over these ventilators to prevent birds from entering the facility and consuming the finished feed.

Furthermore, the building utilizes a concealed gutter system. This design choice not only functions effectively but also greatly enhances the overall aesthetics of the structure, giving it a clean and modern appearance.
