Background

The client, a manufacturer of electromechanical equipment, first met Dorian at an exhibition in Guangzhou in May 2025. At the booth, the client presented the project drawings and requested a quotation — and came back to the booth a second time during the show. After the exhibition, the client visited Dorian’s factory to see the product quality and the production process in person.

After the factory visit, the client returned to Georgia, and Dorian revised the design according to the client’s requirements.

Design

The project site sits on uneven terrain, and the client’s foundation had already been completed at that stage. After returning to Georgia, the client re-measured the foundation, and Dorian’s engineers updated both the design and the quotation based on the new measurements.

In August 2025, the client confirmed the order.

As there are panel manufacturers in the client’s local area, the roof and wall panels were purchased locally, while the steel structure was supplied by Dorian.

The building is fitted with a 4.6m wide * 5m high industrial lifting door and a 0.9m wide * 2.1m high personnel door. The windows measure 2m wide * 6m high and use green tempered Low-E glass in grey aluminum alloy frames.

The project also includes a 15-ton overhead crane inside the building. Dorian’s engineers prepared the crane drawings, and the client purchased the crane from their own supplier.

Installation & Support

After the goods arrived at the site, the project waited for installation approval from November 2025 to March 2026. The installation was completed in May 2026.

Throughout the installation period, Dorian patiently answered the client’s questions whenever they came up.

Site Visit & Next Steps
