Background
The client runs a construction tools sales business in Georgia and needed a warehouse for storing construction tools. He was introduced to Dorian by another Georgian client whom we had met at a trade exhibition in Guangzhou.
Solution & Quotation
In August 2025, the client sent Dorian drawings for two projects: an 18*78*6m warehouse and a 24*90*6m warehouse. Based on the drawings, the Dorian team prepared a tailored solution and quotation for each project.
The client made his decision without delay: within the same month, he confirmed the order for the first project, the 18*78*6m warehouse. The scope of this order covered the complete steel structure, with the roof and wall panels to be sourced locally by the client. In addition, the order included an industrial lifting door (3.5m * 4m, gray), aluminum alloy windows (2m * 1.5m), and a personnel door (0.9m * 2.1m).
Delivery
The complete order was dispatched in October 2025 and transported to Georgia by rail.
Approval & Installation
After the goods arrived, the client waited for local installation approval, and the installation of the warehouse was completed around May 2026.
Site Visit & Second Order
In August 2026, Dorian visited the client’s project site to see the completed 18*78*6m warehouse. When asked whether he had encountered any problems with the building, the client told us there had been almost none, and that he was very satisfied with it.
The second project, a 24*90*6m warehouse, stands right beside the first one. By the time of our visit, its foundation had already been completed according to the foundation drawings we provided. Having seen the finished building first-hand, the client was confident in the quality of our products and confirmed the order for the 24*90*6m project during the same visit.
Moving Forward
At present, we are preparing the production drawings for the new 24*90*6m project, with fabrication and shipment to follow.
